We are looking for proactive Sales & Marketing Manager who is responsible for overseeing and supporting business growth through effective campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives. This is for our client in the retail industry.
- He/She is experienced in managing brand and retail marketing activities, coordinating with external partners and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and business operations.
- He/She demonstrates strong skills in communication, collaboration, and strategic planning to help improve brand visibility and overall sales performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or any related field
- At least three (3) years of managerial experience handling Sales and Marketing operations, brand campaigns, promotions, events, or retail marketing
- Proven track record in increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance through effective marketing initiatives
- Experienced in planning and executing marketing campaigns, mall activations, seasonal promotions, and brand events from conceptualization to post-evaluation
- Strong understanding of retail marketing, customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing platforms, social media management, content planning, and paid advertising strategies
- Capable of analyzing sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Experienced in coordinating with suppliers, malls, creatives, agencies, and cross-functional departments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and to work extended hours during major campaigns and events and travel when necessary
