We’re looking for a Business Process & Applications Head to drive efficiency across our client’s online and physical store operations—streamlining workflows, strengthening systems, and aligning processes with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications such as ISO, Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role involving systems management, process improvement, or similar functions.
- Experience in systems implementation, enhancement, and management
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Open to occasional travel to branches or project sites as needed to support operations and drive initiatives on the ground.
What You’ll Do
- Leads the analysis, design, and implementation of optimized business processes across all operational areas, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborates with department heads to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Directs the documentation of all existing operating procedures for both Stores and Corporate Offices through procedures manuals, work instructions, memorandums, and advisories.
- Reviews and approves the establish or revise business process documents (e.g., work instructions, procedures manuals)
- Oversees the selection, implementation, and maintenance of business applications, including ERP systems, POS, and inventory management.
- Ensures that new and existing application systems are properly documented (i.e. process guidelines) and user orientation is provided
- Validates the review of operating systems and procedures and recommendations made as a result of the review
- Provides mentoring to equip subordinates with the skills for systems and procedures work.
- Provides training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Manages and mentors a team of Business Process Analysts and IT, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conducts company-wide orientation to ensure the effective implementation of systems and adherence to compliance with established policies and procedures, when necessary.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for all business process and application-related matters, liaising with stakeholders across different departments.
