We’re looking for a Handyman to maintain our facility operations—ensuring building safety, executing general repairs, and keeping equipment and physical structures in peak working condition.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate (TESDA training is an advantage).
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Staff, or Building Maintenance Technician.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in different environments.
- Knowledgeable in:

- Basic electrical repairs
- Plumbing repairs
- Carpentry and masonry
- Painting and finishing works
- Minor welding (preferred but not required)
- Safe hand an power tools operation and maintenance
- Preventive maintenance and minor repairs on building facilities and equipment.
- Workplace safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
What You’ll Do

Facility Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work across company buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Inspection & Preventive Servicing: Inspect physical facilities regularly to identify maintenance issues, recommend necessary repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Emergency Response & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to daily maintenance requests and urgent repair needs to maintain operational continuity and safe working conditions.

Tool & Safety Management: Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition while strictly enforcing workplace safety standards and PPE protocols.

Operational Coordination: Coordinate maintenance schedules and repair requirements with supervisors and operational teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
