An Admin Manager oversees the company’s daily administrative operations, facility compliance, and document management systems across warehouse and logistics functions. Serving as an operational lead, they direct administrative staff, maintain regulatory permits, optimize administrative SOPs, and ensure seamless coordination between internal departments and government agencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 5-10 years of experience in administration, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Experienced managing administrative functions within a storage warehouse, distribution center, cold storage, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, procurement, and facility management.
- Familiarity with warehouse documentation, inventory systems, receiving and dispatch processes, and asset management.
- Knowledge in government regulations related to warehouse operations, occupational safety, fire safety, environmental compliance etc.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop and implement administrative policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the company’s day-to-day administrative operations.
- Manage the processing, filing, organization, and safekeeping of all company documents.
- Ensure all business permits, licenses, registrations, certificates, and accreditations are complete, updated, and renewed before their expiration dates.
- Coordinate with government agencies such as the SEC, BIR, DTI, LGUs, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory bodies.
- Monitor compliance with government requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and submit documentary requirements for renewals, registrations, inspections, and audits.
- Maintain an organized document management system for easy retrieval and monitoring.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Lead and supervise the administrative team while improving administrative processes and efficiency.
- Prepare administrative reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Perform other administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned.
