A Human Resources Manager leads the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of end-to-end HR operations, aligning workforce strategies with business goals. Serving as a key advisor and leader, they direct talent acquisition, policy implementation, labor law compliance, compensation strategies, and employee engagement programs to build a high-performing organizational culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- At least more than 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5-10 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other employment-related laws and government compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and organizational development.
- Experience in handling employee disciplinary cases, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to lead and develop an HR team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive employee matters.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
