An Operations and Fulfillment Officer manages daily inventory handling, order picking and packing, and dispatch workflows within the warehouse environment. Operating on the front lines of the distribution center, they ensure stock accuracy, process outgoing orders against tight deadlines, and collaborate with logistics teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, picking and packing, inventory control, or logistics. Experience in an e-commerce or distribution warehouse is preferred.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by business operations.
- Willing to render overtime when necessary to meet operational requirements.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and operational demands.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Willing to work in a warehouse, distribution center, or cold storage environment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to achieving company goals.
- Willing to undergo pre-employment medical examination, background check, and drug testing, in accordance with company policies
