A Company Driver ensures the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of personnel, documents, and goods while managing routine vehicle maintenance and trip logs. Serving as a dependable logistics team member, they navigate local routes, follow traffic laws, and maintain vehicle readiness to support day-to-day company operations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; vocational training is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate restriction code/class for the vehicle to be operated.
- At least 2–3 years of proven driving experience as a company, delivery, or service driver. ( automatic / manual cars, vans, delivery trucks, etc )
- Familiar with local roads, highways, and traffic regulations.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
- Can follow schedules, delivery routes, and company instructions accurately.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or travel out of town when required.
- Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism when transporting company personnel or documents.
- No history of drug-related offenses; willing to undergo a medical examination and drug test as required.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks, container vans, motorcycles, and other assigned vehicles.
- Perform daily company errands, deliveries, collections, and transportation of documents, materials, and personnel.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods and documents.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, repairs, and any incidents immediately.
- Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and other required documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
- Perform other driving and logistics-related duties as assigned.
