We are looking for a proactive Program Manager to help drive initiatives across the organization and serve as the bridge between strategy and execution in our client’s BPO business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
- Translate business strategies into structured project plans and actionable workstreams.
- Oversee the full program lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, execution, monitoring, and post-project analysis.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards, progress reports, and risk assessments for leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Business
- Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and engineering.
- Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to track project performance.
- Certifications are considered advantageous like Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Certification
