We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable HR Director to lead end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, policy implementation, and organizational development in our client’s automotive/motorcycle business. He/She successfully handled multiple branches, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about strengthening the workforce and promote a positive workplace to help improve employee performance, morale, retention, and engagement at work.
What You’ll Do
- Supports the business through its different functional areas by aligning HR programs with organizational strategies (HR Business Partnering).
- Ensures compliance to labor standards in handling of administrative cases in a timely manner.
- Develops HR policies / processes, works with Policy Review Committee (PRC) in the review and approval of all other company policies and processes.
- Ensures that all company policies and administrative guidelines are implemented consistently.
- Implements data analytics strategies in human resource management. Data gathered will be used as reference for operational reporting and decision-making.
- Drives periodic review of Job Descriptions (JDs) to ensure consistency of actual vs. documented job scope, assists Functional Managers in the creation of JDs for new positions.
- Manages Talent Acquisition which includes sourcing and adequate pooling, selection, timely hiring, onboarding, and ensures that agreed % fill rate is met at any given month.
- Designs and implements Talent Development Programs such as Career pathing and Succession Planning.
- Designs and conducts employee opinion/satisfaction surveys to be able to develop employee engagement strategies, programs and initiatives that are aligned to the needs of the organization in order to promote collaboration and cohesiveness among employees and at the same time support employee retention.
- Designs, develops and implements compensation, benefits and incentive programs to attract and retain employees.
- Bridges management and employee relations by providing an avenue for transparency, open communication and psychological safety in addressing demands, grievances and administrative issues.
- Ensures strict data privacy management.
What We’re Looking For
- At least a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field. Master’s Degree – an advantage
- Must have at least ten (10) years of work-related experience handling General Human Resource Management; preferably from Motorcycle/Retail industries
- With strong leadership
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that will align to the business objectives of the organization
- With a high level of confidentiality in handling data and information
- Knowledgeable on Philippine labor laws
- Must be MS Excel Office Proficient
- With certification in either Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, etc. – an advantage
