We are urgently looking for an HR Supervisor candidate to oversee and manage our client’s daily operations. The role will work on the effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, recruitment processes, performance management, and overall workforce administration.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll preparation.
- Leadership and people management
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Handle employee resignation, termination, and clearance procedures.
- Ensure completion of employment contracts and employee records.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and complaints.
- Conduct administrative investigations when necessary.
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities.
- Assist department heads in evaluating employee performance.
- Identify training needs and organize internal or external training programs.
- Ensure accurate processing of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc. if applicable).
- Administer company benefits (HMO, allowances, incentives).
- Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status).
- Champions the implementation of all management systems and quality initiatives of the company.
- Actively participates in company’s drive for Continuous Improvement in all its business processes.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned for the achievement of the department and company goals.
