We are seeking candidates for the HR Officer position that will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and implementation of HR policies to ensure smooth organizational operations.
What You’ll Do
- Post job vacancies through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Schedule interviews, examinations, and applicant follow-ups
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements
- Maintain and update 201 files and employee records
- Prepare employment-related documents such as contracts, certificates, memoranda, and endorsements (like regularization, promotion, transfer, and resignation)
- Handle filing and safekeeping of all HR records with confidentiality
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing
- Coordinate with employees and supervisors regarding attendance concerns
- Monitor government-mandated benefits enrollment and updates
- Address and respond to employee concerns and inquiries
- Assist in handling disciplinary cases, incident reports, and notices
- Support implementation of company rules and code of conduct
- Prepare documentation for coaching, counseling, and administrative hearings
- Help maintain positive employee relations and workplace morale
- Help organize company activities, celebrations, and engagement programs
- Coordinate employee surveys, feedback activities, and recognition programs
- Assist in implementing wellness and culture-building initiatives
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and attendance
- Maintain employee training records
- Assist in identifying employee training and development needs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years HR experience exposed in different HR facets (recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, engagement)
- Knowledgeable of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Can start as soon as possible.
