What You Bring to this Role

You are a first-level technical support provider to end users. You will be resolving basic hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns both remotely and on-site. You will also conduct preventative maintenance on company computer systems and peripherals and report complex technical issues to higher-level IT support when necessary
