As a Line Cook, you will prepare high-quality Japanese dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, preferably in Japanese restaurants, hospitality, or fast-food chains, and be willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
