In partnership with Intellicare, we welcomed organizations from across General Santos City for an engaging exchange on 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬: 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲. This HR Cafe was hosted at BIGBEN Steaks & Grills in General Santos City on August 20, 2025.
Together, we shared insights, experiences, and strategies that strengthen not only our workplaces but also the HR community we continue to build and connect. 
And this is just the beginning! We’re excited to continue bringing more HR Café sessions to Mindanao, creating even more spaces for learning, sharing, and growing together.
