We had a great time playing with Legos at PMAP Cebu‘s learning session titled โBuilding the Change You Want Through Legoยฎ Serious Play,โ led by Mr. Michael S. Santos of Brick Management Consulting at Quest Hotel & Conference Center – Cebu, yesterday, June 18, 2025.
It wasnโt your typical seminar or workshop. It was a refreshing reminder that play isnโt just for funโit can also be a powerful tool for decision-making and driving real change in the workplace, if only we draw creativity and inspiration from outside the box!
